You’ll find tips about having a good night sleep, oil pulling, setting intentions vs setting goals and many other practical daily lifestyle routines to make life better.
After the lifestyle tips, and learning about our body type (dosha) he goes into practices to stay balanced. It is structured into four parts, so it covers physical yoga, yoga breathing, food and nutrition and mind training. This is nice as it takes care of the entire body / mind / soul. He even offers recipes, and practice programs to help incorporate this healthy goodness into your daily life.

The book has detailed narrative explanation how to set up each yoga pose just like he used to teach us in his classes with a picture for each pose, good tips, suggestions for various exercise sequences, breathing practices, nutrition, Ayurveda, meditation, recipes for healthy diet, etc.
I enjoy reading this book very much.
