Good smooth running tires with grippy tread

These tires replaced Michelan XTS tires and provide a much smoother ride at about 60% of the cost. This is the second set that I have purchased, the first set was for my wife's Toyota Sequoia, this set was put on my Toyota Tundra 4X4 truck. Since I drive 140 miles per day for work, smooth running tires are important.

Yokohama Geolander - not recommended

I bought a set of these tire for my '05 F150 in June 2010. I don't put a lot of miles on my truck, but the tires are down to minimums (3/32") with only 21,000 miles on them. The tires provide good traction and rolling comfort, but I cannot recommend them because of their poor mileage. In comparison, the OEM Michelin tires lasted 69,000 miles.

06 Tacoma tires

These seem like great tires so far, a little loose on wet pavement. They seem to grip the road really well with little highway noise. The question now, is how will they perform in a Wisconsin winter? My truck has a V6 with a 6 speed manual transmission. If I wind out the gears on wet pavement I have problems.
