Polly Campbell presents the possibilities, encourages you to ask yourself "what if?" and offers helpful suggestions in a way that leaves the door open for you to explore, to be curious and at the end of the day, to develop a system that is authentic and works for you.
What's so awesome about this book is that it doesn't give you flash in the pan trendy sort of recommendations; it's real and meets you where you are, no matter where you are in your journey.
I found myself nodding along throughout the book as I read, shouting "YES!" every few minutes and having some serious aha moments, with plenty of chuckles along the way. Ms Campbell lends credibility to her ideas with advice and concepts from professionals in various fields, and adds depth through her own anecdotes, some of which come from having battled a chronic illness since childhood. The flashes of her own history are never self-pitying, are always human, and are totally relatable.
Five big, fat stars!! I cannot recommend this book enough!
