I urge anyone to read this for the above reasons, or if you have never dealt with chronic illness in any capacity, then I urge you to read this as well so you can understand.
This book made me tear up, get uncomfortable, gasp, it made me laugh, it made me nod, and even say out loud "YES!" when the author writes something that resonated strongly with me. It is a quick read and the author engages you enough that you won't want to put it down. Will be buying copies for people I know who need to read it also.
