I like the way the author does not impose any theories, but instead asks questions. For example, dealing with back pain, Debbie explains how we often shove issues behind us where we don't have to look at them. She asks, "Do you feel you're carrying too much on your back?" - "Is someone being a pain in your back?" "Do you feel that your back is up against the wall" -- just to name a few. When you resolve these inner issues, there is no more need for your body to speak to you through pain or dysfunction. The book is well organized and the index is very user friendly. For self-awareness, I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
