French's book is superior to this one in every way, and I highly recommend it. It has a lot of lymph system information including diagrams and also very clear instructions for self massage.
This book is not really about the lymph system at all, although it does contain a nice basic summary of the lymph system and its function spanning several pages. It is about not just psychic readings of a person's health, but using one or more such readings done on other people a long time ago to treat other individuals now. Using second-hand psychic health readings as health source material in other words. Glowing testimonials are given about how accurate these readings are and then the text most often states that sadly there is no follow up of this patient to see if the advice actually helped at all.
One of the strangest and most bizarre books I have ever read on health. I would in no way recommend it. I'm pretty surprised my library chose to buy it, I wonder why they did.
