There were some good topics of discussion and a few good group questions from the workbook. The way the book was put together does not make much sense. Ex. You start on page 25, then go to page 2 for the questions, then go to page 26. There is a lot of flipping back and forth.
There are 6 dvd lessons and are around 15 mins each. It takes about 45 min to watch the lesson and go through the exercises.
