I dabbled in Twitter a few times, but did not understand the ins and outs of a "Follow" "Following", "Hashtags", and "Lists" to name a few. She was able to describe these things in easy to understand ways that you can put right to good use. I literately read this book with my Twitter account open on my computer. I'd read a page or two; then try what she was teaching me. Unlike most "How-To" books, she steps you through setting up you account, to the proper settings and then even shares her settings and explains how they all interrelate with each other.
Even if dieting is not your thing; this is a great read about how to use Social Media for most anything. I recently took up the game of golf. I am applying Rebecca's principals from "Your Twitter Diet" to improving my golf game. Presently, I am building my own "Support" group of Twitter hackers just like myself. We are sharing golf tips, how to land the best discounts and what's real story on the latest's golf clubs.
I highly recommend this book, it's a great deal, download a copy today.
I loved this book! Very well written, lots of humor, step by step instructions for setting up my twitter account and how to use it to find support for my weight loss journey. Lots of helpful tips and insight. I just can't recommend it enough! If you want something different than the barage of diet books currently being offered, I would definitely recommend you get this one!
All of these prompted me to give "Your Twitter Diet" a whirl, and I'm glad I did. It's filled with easy-to-understand, practical and light-hearted tips and advice that can be applied to not only your diet, but social media platforms as well.
These pointers will work if you're carb-free, fat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, meat-free or just McDonald's-free. Any dieter will tell you support is critical, and this book gives you the tools necessary to create your own support system from scratch. Tweet a friend about this.
