"Zbrush, Professional Tips + Techniques" is a great sources to answer my questions and teach me new techniques.
I browsed the book from cover to cover at first, and found so many interesting projects listed in the book. Right now, I am reading word by word and follow the instruction to do the projects. I am sure I will learn a great deals from these experts.
Mr. Paul Gaboury's writing is simple, clear and easy to follow. When I had a question, I sent an email to him. Within five hours, I received my answer. Like I have a personal trainer. How cool is it?
The CD included is helpful too. So do watch it.
Thank you Mr. Gaboury for the great book.
From that I can say this, ZBrush has made my job turn from intolerable to exciting!
Paul Gaboury was ever present with such a large part of my learning of ZBrush fundamentals! Another good book involving Paul you should buy is ZBrush Digital Sculpting Human Anatomy, worth every penny! Its not that he knows his craft. Its not that he has a strong background in art. Its not even that he thinks he is funny - which he is. Paul has been driven beyond the requirements of his jobs to make sure that anyone can adopt this new digital frontier into their production pipeline. As far as Pixologic goes (the makers of ZB4) Everyone there holds one common goal - That is to help!
I've been using ZBrush since 3.1 (2009ish) If there is anything that I have learned with this program is that it demands you're constant undivided attention. No book, no tutorial, no special potion will instantly make you a better artist. ZBrush should be seen for what it is - a tool!
Thanks Paul for finally coming out with this! I hope this will be the first of many!

About the book:
This book is Great. I have attended a webinar training session that was a free teaser to a larger class Made in conjunction with Ryan Kingslien and one other great Gentleman,(Pardon me for forgetting his name...). The Short 2.5 hour freebie was an incredible education. Paul is a funny and entertaining guy. I found him to be incredibly giving of his knowledge of Zbrush. This is a man who truly loves working with Zbrush and wants you to experience this love as well.
DO not miss out on this book.
