This is the second one I received. I reordered because the first one was damaged. However, the second one is exactly the same. There is a sticky substance underneath the front of the car, the wheels are completely scratched on the clear plastic that you can see the small little balls behind and the red part of the car has scratches all over it too. Either they are distributing used/returned cars or the manufacturing process to make these or put the words baby on the front of the car is leaving the cars in a banged up way off the assembly line with this sticky residue on it. Yes the little yellow ball can come out if you really try as an adult to remove the cage but I don't see how my baby could choke on it like some other reviewers mentioned...guess it depends on the size of your LOs mouth and age. Disappointed in appearance for sure but will not be returning again will wash it and give it a try for the price.

choking hazard!!!

I received this and assumed that the cage would be hard or the ball inside the cage could not be removed. I was wrong, first thing I did was pop open the package and push the ball out. This ball is the perfect size for a kid to choke on. this is not appropriate for children under 2 unless the ball is removed.
