I like this iteam! I have ordered another item prior to this order and that was too tight! I am 34 and ordered Large. I had used one for about 2 years and can't seems to find it on the site. However, this product makes you sweat even though I am not working out . I usually wear it when I am home and doing household work! If I use it during workout it will sweat even more and will be heard to keep it clean and from bad smell. Anyway, it seems working and will update in few months how my waist comes down to... Will recommand, be aware of the size !!!!

For a few years, I've been getting the TNT Pro Series belts but they deteriorate after six months or so and doesn't quite get all the way around me despite my slim build. I'm 180+lbs 5,10 with a gut. I put this one at work (XL) under my shirt and I could feel the heat. I wanted to take it off until I go the gym in the evening, but I knew I needed to keep it own. It fits perfectly all the way around and not just 3/4 of the way like other belts I've tried.

The extra strap really helps as well.

I am 6'2" and weigh 238 lbs and wear a size 38 trouser. I purchased a size XL. I lift weights three times a week. The waistbelts I used previously simply did not work well; either could not be connected well or would roll. This belt stays firmly in place and provides very good support. High-quality belt...I still find it hard to believe I got this belt for such a reasonable price. Be warned...the belt does have an odor coming out of the box. I followed their instructions by handwashing in cold water using a mild detergent. In fact, I let it soak for about an hour before rinsing it well and letting it dry outside. It still has a mild odor but it is quickly fading with each use. I put on a quick-dry t-shirt and then put on the belt and then wear another quick-try on top. I really like the double closure as I can feel confident the belt will not budge until I take it off. The width of the belt (10 inches) feels great! Nice product and would highly recommend it! UPDATE: Purchased my first belt a little over six months ago and now need to get a LARGE because of weight loss. Now down to 210 and feel great. The belt is very durable and well made. Diet and exercise helped with weight loss but this belt is an asset! Nothing but praise for the quality!

Washing and Soaking before wear!!!

Looks very well stitched and put together. People should be AWARE you need to WASH and SOAK this thing before wearing it, mine came with a very heavy chemical smell to it, i had to soak it hot water and soap with a tap of clorox twice and than run it through the washer to get rid of most the smell. During the soaking there was a dark color left in the water each time, that clorox could not bleach out, so it wasn't dye.
