I actually went into my orders just to select to write a review because this mattress deserves it. I used to have a dreamcloud mattress. I needed to move across country. I wasn’t going to bring it. It was an outstanding mattress.
I needed to save money. I bought the dreamcloud from someone nearly brand new and paid a fraction of the cost. I couldn’t find the same high-end mattress in the region I was moving to on sale, so I started to look to see what I could afford. I began reading articles on non-toxic and organic mattresses out of curiosity. Zoma came up in the top 10 of one of the articles I read. I started reading reviews on their website. I was impressed by how many people (athletes and those dealing with body pain) found enormous recovery using the mattress. The reviews were so outstanding they were hard to believe. I read 50 or so reviews on the product website, Zoma. I read many reviews on here as well.
I’m in my 40s. My life is getting very physically active. I took a chance on the 10 inch Zoma here (priced much lower than the website I believe) in hopes that it would just be a good mattress and do its job. I’m not a fan of memory foam. I was worried the mattress would be too hard. Then I was worried it would be too soft. I also watched a YouTube video on Zoma mattresses, someone doing a review.
My first night of sleep (after 46 hour drive across country) I went to bed sore from my back down all the way through my legs from the move - unpacking boxes driving lots of lifting lots of moving... I hurt I was exhausted etc. I also had a kink in my neck from poor sleep three nights in a row in hotels etc. I woke up the next morning astonished. All soreness from my back on down was gone. I’ve been through way too much physically to recover so easily. I don’t know the technology of the mattress, but it’s ability to recover the body was astonishing. I woke up with no soreness. How is that even possible?!
Anyway, night after night has been the same. I’ve had mattress now one week. It genuinely assists with body pain soreness fatigue recovery, all physical relief. And I wake with energy! I feel energized when I wake in the morning. It actually enlivens me to get out of bed and go, if that’s even possible! Anyway, it’s my favorite thing now, my new energy magic mattress and I do love it. I understand why the reviews were so good and the product does what it claims.
Again, I’m in my 40s. I’m pushing about 160. The packaging was great the mattress didn’t smell at all really, but I still aired it out for one day. It looks like it’s thicker than 10 inches to me. It works well with my bed. I don’t need a box spring with the modern style bed I have. It is the perfect amount of softness, just a little bit just enough. You don’t feel deprived of softness and you don’t feel overwhelmed by too much softness. That’s a personal choice though. I don’t think the mattress is lacking softness or firmness, it is firm with just a perfect little bit of soft. I hope this helps!
We spend half a day in a bed and it’s important what kind of mattress you sleep in, my opinion. I am super happy with my purchase. I’m super happy with what it’s doing for me and quite surprised! Good luck!
