I actually purchased 6 of these a couple years back and they work amazing, so when I needed 2 more to replace some older cameras I used my old purchase link from Amazon and ordered 2 more. The ones that came are junk, screws stripped out, plastic parts, cheap metal, all around junk. The old ones were all metal had really nice swivels that were hand adjustable. Its a shame when a company changes their standards.
Also I did check, the same model number is stamped on the other, so you would think it would be the same

Troubleshooting
- Question: Video Loss appears where the image from my camera should be displaying on my DVR?
- Answer:
- Check the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera.
- Check the video output from the camera is securely connected to a video input channel on the DVR.
- Check the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply.
- If the camera mode do not match your DVR, there is 2 ways to setup : (1) Press OSD Joystick “DOWN” 5 seconds,if still no picture come, try to press “LEFT” “RIGHT””UP” for 5 second, till the signal matching your DVR. (2) Make sure the signal of your DVR, Use OSD Joystick to change the mode of the camera according to your DVRs video Mode.

Great video, our first outdoor video camera

Quite impressed, nice clear video. This is mounted on the outside of a laundromat. From the attached pics this video camera looks...painfully obvious, where everyone would notice it. However the video camera is on the far edge of the siding, and blends right in. Actually a perfect location. It’s out of the weather, and the outside flouresent lights provide light for nighttime to where it almost looks like daylight. The Dollar General up the street was robbed, and the police looked at our DVR footage. Sadly we did not have the outside video camera then. Maybe in the future, this will be of benefit to them. We use this camera to see how many patrons are parked out front. The video is so clear...we can see the traffic going to and fro on the major street up the hill, even at night. I purchased two rolls of 40’ wire to run it along the back wall to wire up this video camera, and luckily that was just barely enough. The wire is in conduit, since it is extremely lightweight. Otherwise the hot sun and ice would deteriorate the wire in a years time. The laundry patrons have no complaints about the video cameras in and out. They know it’s for their protection.

Daytime view is fine and at first the nighttime was too, But in the months since I bought it the infrared lights burned out and now the camera must rely on street lighting, which is not enough and certainly not what you pay for.
Finally, the 4-way button makes getting the thing to work challenging. Instructions are terrible, I had to call to get a working picture.

You can't move the camera side to side. Up and down, yes. What you see will be straight perpendicular to the wall. So in the pic I attached you could not aim the camera to the side to see the photographer. This might work for a driveway but not installed for a front porch.By TB on November 25, 2018
