Update: Would not recommend this product to anyone always having problems. It reboots on it's own. Cant view the cameras on app away from home, they want me to send the product back for a refund to buy a diffrent brand.
I like this product cause it uses PoE, fairly easy to install. Be careful on adjusting the cameras no matter if mounted or before. The mounting bracket and adjuster on it is crap and cheap. Will strip out and break very easily. I had a couple to strip out on me and had to fix them also one broke so I had to drill a bigger hole and put a different nut and bolt on it. They need to come with better hanging brackets etc. Also I didn't like how they had the wire, it was not marked for the cable lengths. The cameras were packaged neatly in there own seperate boxes with a thin styrofoam wrapping. Everything was packaged separate and nicely. The box is small and very lightweight and hittable also mountable if you know what your doing. I opened my box up cause it had mounting holes but you cant bolt them because the hdd would be in the way. So I made 4 more holes around and was able to bolt in where its hidden. The night vision is ok but not as good as could be and as the company explained. You have to.go on fb messenger to talk to.them.and have them set it up on your phone for you etc. Cause the scan etc dont work correctly. I had them recording 24-7 I love the fact that I also can use my phone or computer to access my cameras at home to.check on things while.im gone. The camera system is good for the money, I like them for what I'm using the for. Be prepared to do some.drilling and have tall enough latters for the drilling through your house etc for running cables. Also if you have a fairly decent size home or large one like us but you some PoE adapters and extra cable and a kit to hook the cable and put ends on them. The cameras pickup movement have IF and night vision which works ok just don't pick up then clarity and go as far as they claim but still works good. Have had the system only a few weeks now. But had good clarity and picks up well day or night. Also the cameras have a 4 to 8 zoom. Will update after had them longer. Customer service is also good with helping. Its definitely worth the money especially if your on a budget or only looking to spend so much its definitely worth it. Hope this helps like the comment if it helped. One thing I didnt like also is they had the option to disclose the packaging to know what's not in there I chose that option and the box still stated what was inside and had the name in large letters plus said what it was. Update now it's not re ordering all channels like suppose to and it stops recording etc.
