I built a machine out of this using a case, power supply, and hard drive that I had lying around. Also bought some memory for it, and voila! A great HTPC that was definitely powerful enough for my needs. The only issue I have had with it is that the onboard wifi pretty much sucks. It doesn't have a good enough range to pick up the wireless from the router in another room.

However, once I added an external wifi adapter everything runs great. I installed Boxee so now I can watch movies stored on my other computers, or on Netflix, or all the other apps that Boxee offers, and it all runs smoothly.

I would recommend this combo to build an alternative to the Boxee box that they sell for $200, because then you also have an operating system that you can run other programs on. And just in general, if you want to build a small, low power consumption machine, this is a great deal.
