If you're doing a budget build or just want a card you can drop into an off the shelf i5 tower and play most games without fighting a new power supply and a dozen other issues it's the best bang for your buck.
The card is not loud. My Ryzen Wraith cooling fan is all I really hear in terms of fans. Temps are low (around 34C) running basic productivity applications. I've not stressed the card yet, but it has a target level of 83C.
Do download the FireStorm software from Zotac's website. That program will allow you to safely overclock it automatically. That program allows you to overclock up to 4 cards using the same program. I overclocked this card and my Zotac 1050 Ti safely.
I'll add more once I experience games on it.
Well, once I started playing a game (Darksiders Warmastered Edition in this case), the card became unstable and the game crashed. So, I restored the card back to default and tried again with no problem.
While I wish I had gone with EVGA out of brand loyalty, I highly recommend this Zotac 1050 TI, it delivers power on a budget and I've seen benchmarks where a physics card such as this can improve frame rates in games by 10-20% in many cases. If you're on the fence, this is a great value and will save you money for the next 1080+ series, instead of trying to balance power and economy; this little guy delivers both.
The best thing about the 1050 series is you do not have to upgrade to a huge power supply.
The performance is great for such a cheap board.
Its half the length of some of the higher end boards so if space is a problem this may be your solution.
The fan is super quiet.
Great upgrade over built in video card.
You will have to use lower than max graphics settings on newer games in order to achieve a decent Frame Rate.
This was an upgrade from my 970 GTX and I'm happy to say it was a good buy. I did a LOT of research before buying.
With the issues the RTX cards are having with shutting down and dying, I figured I'd stick with something that gave great FPS and was solid. I'll eventually upgarde to RTX in my next system build but this card should last a few years, so I have time.
The price did drop about a month after I bought it, but all in all I'm happy. I haven't played a game yet that it's struggled with!

So, if you receive any card that does not look 'brand' new and has got some dust or rust or any other symptoms of wear n tear, better return the card immediately than taking the trouble of running to repair centre.
This doesn't require additional power cables (TDP ~ 75W) so an SMPS upgrade wasn't needed. The only downside that I observed with this card is its fan noise. It's a bit loud compared to my previous card (R7 250) which was inaudible.
The last point that I want to bring up is about the manufacturer. One of my old jobs involved benchmarking Graphics cards in the lab and I've noticed that the Zotac cards generally have a good quality and they use a decent amount of the heatsink paste.
If you have a VGA monitor with native resolution of 1366x768p then this GPU is made for you.
You can play almost every game in 768p Ultra settings and still get 60Fps+.
I played Far Cry 5 on 768p Ultra settings and got 50 to 60+ Fps.
TC's The Division 2 on 768p Ultra settings and got 40 to 60+ Fps.
GTA 5 on 768p Maxed out settings gives 70+Fps.
Hitman 2 768p on Very High settings gives 50 to 70+ Fps.
This is my opinion.
Installation of the Zotac 1660 super was easy, only had to attach the 8 pin (6+2) power connector coming from the power supply to the card. Uninstalled the old drivers and installed the new and then multi-monitor setup was a breeze.
Note: This is a dual slot fan, it draws 125w and requires a recommended minimum of a 450w power supply.
The Super does run the case temps a bit warmer than my previous card but I suspect the dual monitors in gaming is giving the card a workout and I probably require a better case fan set up than the OEM setup for proper ventilation.
Running Dual monitors on this card seems to give good performance in x-plane 11 (1080p) with default settings, however I haven't had a chance to bench mark my frame rates yet.
My current specs:
(Acer Nitro N50-600 EB16)
32 gb of 2666 ram;
480 gb Adata ssd;
1 TB western digital Hdd;
Zotac 1660 Super 6gb;
2 x Acer KA271 monitors.
I don't know how well this overclocks since I'm not into that stuff, but in its stock configuration I really like it. Nothing else is really packaged in the box other than a few papers.
I'd easily buy this card again, also works quite well for Folding @ Home, able to produce ~700k points/day if you leave it running uninterrupted.
since it would be small in size and both the power consumption
this is the perfect card that fits both of the requirements
would run all games with low settings, not a choice for pc enthusiast, but for an average user this is enough for you
wouldnt really recommend this if you want something more than usual gaming
should go for higher level gpus, otherwise, this gpu works well out of the box,
quiet, low power consumption, compact
The replaced item is working very nice. But it also contain some dust at HDMI port. All rest is working fine. After product registration at zotac contacted Indian customer care of Zotac for confirmation of warranty. Product is 2017 make so only 2 years of warranty. No extended warranty.
