Great for TV. Low power and heat seams stable. Plays HD content without issues. Wish you could boot of the SD card and not sure of linux support.

this mini PC is great for general needs (even gaming to some Extend) however personally i set it up as a media/nas server using Linux. one small detail you might need to review the Bios settings if the PC does not start when no display is not plugged, if you get a 1 long 3 short beeps you might need to either change the bios settings for the video or reset the Cmos (to do this there is a small button inside the pc case.)
also remember if you buy a bare bone you will need to buy a 2.5 HDD or a Solid state disk. and well as some ram.

I've had this little box for about 3 weeks now. So far it has been completely reliable running Ubuntu Linux. I'm totally impressed with it!

What a great little machine! Add a memory stick and SSD and you have a totally solid state, silent computer that will mount on the back or your monitor if it's set up for a VESA mount. The bottom pads are thumb screws. Remove them and the bottom comes off. A small phillips screwdriver is all you need to install your choice of 2.5" drives. (Use an SSD...you'll be glad you did. Less heat, no noise, no moving parts.) Insert a memory stick and close it up. Done. Only thing I'd add is an esata port, but USB3 seems to be replacing those. Speaking of ports, it's loaded with 'em. 5 USB2, 2 USB3, HDMI, DisplayPort (saves needing an HDMI to DVI converter for your older computer monitor...just need a DisplayPort-DVI cable), Ethernet and the usual speaker and microphone jacks. It has Wifi, bluetooth, infrared and an SDXC reader. The latter is my only complaint...it's slow. I got faster r/w with a cheap freestanding SDHC reader plugged into a USB2 port. That shouldn't be the case, but it's a minor quibble. I loaded up Windows 7 Pro, installed the drivers that came with the machine and presto...everything works fine. This AMD version isn't the fastest machine around, but as a home desktop it's decent and the price? Who can complain about a small, silent desktop that cost $225 complete with a 120GB Sandisk SSD. I'd love to install Linux on one to compare with my built-from-scratch pentium-based tower because the Intel i(3,5,7) versions of this little box are a lot pricier. But this one is for a customer. Maybe when my wife's iMac dies...

Worked great until the power cable developed a short 2 months into using it. Now I have to buy a $35 dollar cable

EDIT: I bought a new cable and it still won't turn on. Something is wrong with the unit I suspect

Performance is good for the size and HTPC usage.
Few critical issues for me is HDMI audio dead when bootup Openelec.
After reconnect the cable, it works...Zotac told me it's Linux driver problem...nonsense.
Also attached Wifi Antenna is defective in connector thread....can't be fastened.
