-> It is incredibly sharp. I use straight razors and it is the closest to them I've found in a kitchen knife.
-> The handle is comfortable and well-balanced.
-> The construction is extremely solid and tight. I can't imagine any seams or loose rivets.
-> There is a slight curve the the blade. I actually prefer this to my Wusthof santoku, which has a straight edge.
-> The curved steel transition to the handle makes it easy and sturdy to hold.
-> The possible quibble is that the curved transition to the blade might make storage in some blocks a bit unsightly. Not a major problem.
I highly recommend this knife, and plan on buying more in the line. It's definitely the best Henckels/Zwilling knife I've owned.
