Each package of tortillons came in individual plastic packages with the bag separately packaged, which seemed a little weird and wasteful, but I got everything I was supposed to get and they're all made of paper, blend things, and fit in the bag.
This is perfect for artist and very inexpensive. When you do a lot of drawing you tend to go through supplies quickly. This order came in very handy and was exactly what I needed
