Top Customer Reviews
These are great alternatives, especially if you have roomates you can't trust to take proper care of the expensive knives or in college, or just don't cook enough to justify the more expensive knives.
There is a comment regarding the blade dulling after a couple months. It is a normal blade (not serrated) as such will need periodic sharpening. Get a sharpener and you will be good to go.
I have however,... been extremely impressed with the utility of this knife !
Great for carving, chopping and slicing !
It holds and edge for a while and is easy to sharpen.
I use the Work Sharp WSKTS Knife and Tool Sharpener, sold here on Amazon.
I've been able to put a mirror finish on the blade with 6,000 grit sanding paper !
For the small amount of money, this I well worth the $$ !
PS:...Don't put these in the dishwasher !!
