This has become my new favorite Douglas Harding book. It clearly and beautifully explains (albeit paradoxically) the wordless experience of what it is like to see into the center of one’s Being. Douglas Harding shines a light on the illusory self and BAM 💥 there is no-thing there anymore! This gem of a book explores the recognition that from one’s first-person perspective, there is no head here… and that ABSENCE means EVERYTHING! 💗
