It is sad how limited this app is compared with the ios version. You cant even add / edit the subject line on tickets. No problem / incident linking or visibility. Really, zendesk needs to bring this app up to speed with its ios apps.

It's nice to be able to view and respond to issues when outside of the office. Could have better views for tablets. Always get "no connection" when first opened but then refresh works. Can take a relatively long time to refresh if there are many calls.
