The Effort-Less birdfeeder is a gravity-fed dispenser that is easy to fill and clean, holds a lot of seed, provides a second lower tray for spillage for birds that typically feed on the ground. It is elegant, durable, and allows large numbers of birds to feed peacefully for long periods of time. It has an effective squirrel guard and is free-standing on a hefty base.

I put it out on my deck right away (still need to put some sand in the base) and the whole thing held up nicely to the breeze. I waited for my first customers, and sure enough, my crew took to it quickly: chickadees, a white-breasted nut-hatch and a woodpecker. I had a blue jay show up today; not sure if he tried the feeder, as I leave some food on the floor too. I'm sure the cardinals will figure it out. Definitely no squirrels tried to climb it so far. Anyway, I'm very happy- the birds even drank water and ate suet from the two cups. Cheers to a product which has been done right fro start to finsh! (PS they do care about the birds and remind us in the instructions how to clean it to prevent the spread of disease. I like that.)
