Don't be deceived by the engaging, picture-rich style - this is book contains more valuable insights into persuasion, sales and psychology than anything else I have read.
Harry blew me away by showing me how to eliminate resistance with a scientific technique he calls friction-free influencing which is brilliant and easy to implement.
Friction-free influencing works by helping customers discover their own reasons for wanting to buy, and when I am trying to sell anything, what more could I ask for?!?!?
