Within 20 min of waking up, it is highly beneficial to drink 8oz of pure water before drinking Zerotea. Bring water to a light simmer, not boiling. This product is absolutely horrible and made me feel worse than ever. I normally don't leave negative reviews but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to people by not leaving this one. There's an insert inside the package that says if you share your opinion your next bag is free... so of course there are tons of glowing reviews to get more free product. But honestly I feel so bad on this I wouldn't request a second bag.

The smell is great and the flavor is decent but I last took it 2 days ago and since have felt nauseous, bloated and constipated. I was less bloated and lighter before taking it.

I'm already working out and eating clean, drinking 100 ounces of water daily and wanted to try something to help push my efforts along but this is NOT it.

Let me just start by saying this was the best choice I have made when trying to buy a product that lives up to the hype. The taste is super tasty no sugar needed. This really detoxed my system entirely, mind you normally I drink a lot of water during the day which is required in order to get better results. I also eat clean, which helps with trying to lose the pounds after I have given birth. I was stuck at a weight of 152 and even after I work out 4-5 times a week, I was getting no where. After drinking this tea for about a week I noticed this changed my hormone levels and removed the toxins in my system, thus helped getting me out of the plateau I was in and lost 3.5 pounds. I was stoked!! I knew it was because of this tea! I have my cup of tea in the morning after my workouts and drink water. Then I reuse the same tea bag and drink it before I go to bed. I rarely give reviews if ever. But thought this was worth one. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of buying it.

I only needed to lose a few pounds, maybe this is better for someone who really needs the help? I loved the tea itself, very flavorful and must have some caffeine, as I didn't have withdrawals, as I had feared.

I will go back to my tried-and-true, Diurex caffeine tabs.
