Zero Tolerance’s 0566BW, designed by custom knifemaker Rick Hinderer and precision engineered by Zero Tolerance, built for pure performance in the perfect size for an EDC. The 0566BW’s 3.25-inch high-performance blade is made of Crucible S35VN powdered stainless steel, offering amazing toughness, edge retention and resistance to corrosion and wear. Finished with a rugged BlackWash, the blade sports a well-worn look that hides scratches and fingerprints. The handle’s textured G-10 front scale offers sturdy gripping power and its stainless steel back scale features a sturdy frame lock and lockbar stabilizer. The SpeedSafe assisted opening system opens the 0566BW quickly, when a simple pull back on the built-in flipper glides the blade out of the handle, keeping fingers safely out of the way. The deep-carry, quad-mount pocketclip allows users to choose the tip position and side on which the 0566BW carries. For superior style in an easy-to-carry size, the 0566BW delivers.

Enter Amazon, I bought the knife here as I had some gift cards and a prime membership. All I can say is this knife is solid, smooth, and functions like a well oiled machine. Recently I snapped the pocket clip off getting out of a lifted truck from the passenger side (as I carry the knife in my right pocket) instead of pulling the knife out, it snapped and left the knife in my pocket...this was the best thing that could have happened, as it was dark and I didn't have to search for my knife and I have had other knifes that they just pulled out of my pocket and I have lost them.
So that being said I ended up using the ZT warranty page and submitted a claim. Within a week I had a new clip and screws. This was perfect until I went to take out the old screws. Which had been lightly lock tighted in. Soon enough they strip and I have to use a dreamal to put a grove in the head of the acres to take them out. Once that was done I put the new pocket clip on and had a little problem with the threads but got that worked out.
This knife is a great one. Scary Sharp and stupidly well built. The warranty came through w/o a hitch and all I can say is I love this knife and you will as well.
Pocket clip is perfect, sits nice and deep and nearly disappears into the pocket. It has a very nice and comfortable feel to it in the right hand front pocket, goes against the seam of my pants really well and leaves plenty of room for other things.
The finish of this is really cool. i was surprised at how smooth to the touch it is when it looks so roughed up! They did a very good job with the fit and finish, where G10 meets the steel is fit perfectly and the construction screws on this look nice and sturdy!
Also came hair popping sharp out the box.
Nice job Zero Tolerance.
June 25, 2915. This is an updated comment. I decided to take the knife completely apart and clean and lube all parts and put the torsion bar back in. I noticed it flips easier. Its still hard flip compared to other knives I have but its now in the acceptable zone. I also moved the pocket clip to the blade down position, even though it is not my preferred position. But In the blade up position, it seems to be putting pressure on the lock bar. I noticed a difference after moving it. It even seemed a little easier to unlock the lock bar. When I put the knife back together, the blade was slightly off center. I did the "Hinderer center trick" and it worked. So now the blade is flipping better and tightness is not as much of a detraction from the good features of the product like solid lock up and great ergonomics.
