Bought this Queen frame for guest bedroom. Package arrived quickly, while the box was a bit beat up, everything was securely packed and all the pieces inside were securely wrapped. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, all the pieces are numbered so assembly is pretty simple if you read the directions. The frame comes with a small ratchet tool to make it easy to secure and tighten all of the bolts. All the holes lined up correctly, all the correct pieces and hardware arrived and the pieces all fit together securely. Took me about an hour to assemble by myself, taking the time to lay out the pieces, read the instructions in advance and taking my time.

The metal bed rails feel strong and secure. They have a nice metal finish with no imperfections.

The bed slats that support the mattress come connected by a piece of cloth and you roll the whole thing out on the frame and secure with velcro. Would have preferred that the slats be a bit heftier and attach more securely than with velcro but you get what you pay for.

The frame looks nice, the quality and finish of the materials is good, no complaints there. The frame feels secure and stable. The mattress fits perfectly.

As it is for a guest room, we have not used the bed yet so cannot comment on noise etc. Based on everything so far, I expect that it will be fine.

Very happy with our purchase, didnt want to spend a ton of money on guest bedroom for a bed that will not get a ton of regular use and this frame was a great option

I just wanted something inexpensive, simple, and sturdy for my son's room. My boyfriend and i assembled it easily. I did read reviews that said to buy rubber washers so it doesn't creak so we did that and it doesn't make a sound. I also put little felt pads that you use on the bottom if kitchen chair legs on the parts that stick out a little on the back of the headboard. I thought they could potentially damage the wall if the bed got pushed all the way to the wall. That has worked well too and you can't see them anyway.

Some reviews also said the mattress slides a lot. There are sticky things you apply to the slats so i don't know if that was added after the reviews but i think it was a good idea. We are using a memory foam mattress that has some decent weight to it so i don't know if that matters but it doesn't slide that much.

Overall we're really happy with our purchase.

I really like that it was pretty quick to put together, they give you a fantastic tool that makes it much much quicker to assemble because it ratchets basically and I’ve even reused that tool on IKEA purchases to my delight multiple times. It’s way faster than turning a piece in a circle for an hour 20 times. Another thing that I really enjoyed is that our box was damaged and an important piece was missing and I called the company and they were super great to work with. The people who make this fit really do make quality products and give good service. I received the piece properly and I didn’t have to jump through a ton of hoops to make that happen I would definitely purchase this again if I needed a platform bed. Also, one of the reasons that I purchase this one is because you could use a variety of mattresses with it because the slats are actually closer together and that was really great, because that was an issue with some mattresses that we tried and this solve that issue. We also moved a couple months after purchasing it and it was super easy to take back apart and reassemble at a new house. It wasn’t tricky to remember how to assemble it. It was just super straightforward and super well-made.

Was pretty nervous purchasing since this was my first big furniture piece from Amazon, but it was totally worth the money. Took maybe 45 minutes to set up. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the pieces were labeled with numbers correlating to the picture on the instructions. It also came with a super cool Allen key sort of wrench that made it SO much faster to put together. I’ve slept on it twice so far and it seems very sturdy. No squeaking or wiggle when I move around on it. My mattress is a big girl and goes right to the edge of the platform (see pic), but the slats underneath come with two pieces of double sided tape that have kept it in place with no shifting. Overall, would definitely recommend purchasing.

Colour me impressed. I don't often write reviews but I felt I had to give credit where credit is due.
Pros:
Really well packed and arrived on time,
Super easy to put together so easy in fact my 2.5 year old son helped with most of it.
Instructions are really easy to follow
It comes with extra screws(this was helpful as my 2.5 year old hid one in a pocket dimension while we were working).
It comes with a little ratchet tool and an Allen key that's long enough to hold and use without poking into your hand. (If you've put together Ikea furniture you know what I mean).
Cons:
It's too easy. This bed will not test the limits of your patience and strain relationships like an Ikea bed will. If you're looking for a test to see how your spouse deals with stress and aggravation you'll have to look somewhere else.
Seems too durable, if you like to furniture shop but use the excuse it needs to be replaced because it's just not holding up. This may not be the bed for you because this bed is clearly built to last.

It was squeaky, which was very annoying, but we loved the look and sturdiness of the bed and didn’t want to return it, so we just took some thin pieces of rubber (you could probably use rubber washers) and loosened the joints enough to slide the rubber between the metal frame pieces and the squeaks are gone. I suggest the manufacturers have thin rubber already adhered so customers don’t have to do it themselves. We have the daybed twin as well and it has never squeaked.

The frame was easy to assemble, a great height and seemed great overall. Skip ahead a month and a half after recieving and it fell apart when I was getting out of bed. One of the back legs welds let go causing it to fall then breaking the other legs weld.

I was impressed by this frame at first but now im just disappointed I wasted my money.

I was so happy when I first got this bed, but then 6 months down the road and we’ve had it warrentied once already(which took 2 months to get a replacement). The thing squeaks terribly loud every time you move. The hardware backs off and needs to be constantly tightened. It’s cheap so it did in a pinch but I won’t be buying another one. Save your money for something better.

I really like this frame, but I can’t quite give it five stars because it could use a couple minor improvements. I like that they give you a tool with it that makes setup much faster, and two extra “spare parts” bolts, but the bolts are cheaply made enough that two of them stripped (pictured) when trying to tighten one leg on well enough, so I’m left with no “spare parts” in the end. Setup wasn’t that hard, but required being a bit careful to finger tighten the bolts in first and line them all up before tightening to avoid stripping them, jamming them in at a non-perfect angle will definitely ruin them. I haven’t had any squeaking yet, and the frame seems sturdy, but the slats could use some minor improvement. I like the velcro to keep them in place, but since they’re pine they’re semi flexible, and more of them would provide a sturdier base. Luckily I had my own from an old bed frame, so I cut them to size and added them between the ones that came with this frame (pictured). An option to buy additional slats as an accessory would be great if they don’t include them automatically. After adding my own slats I’m very happy with this frame, especially considering the price.
