Zippo Engraved Windproof Lighter
Zippo has two processes for engraving: Auto engrave and Laser engrave. Auto engrave is the imprint method that is used throughout this collection. Skilled operators use either rotary engrave or diamond cut method to inscribe an image into the product using creative fill patterns. This technique leaves a crisp clean jewelry look.
Zippo Windproof Lighter Case
The color iced lighters have a standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A five-barrel hinge joins the top and the bottom.

But, I also recommend this particular Zippo if you want something that catches everyone's eye and you just, in my opinion, want a work of art to look while you are lighting a cigarette or anything else. I would advise never leaving it unattended, though, as I am sure this beautiful lighter would be a prime target for sticky fingers around you. I liked this "Lurid" Zippo so much that I actually purchased two of them, one for my ever-growing Zippo collection and one for me to use as my everyday lighter. I have included two images in my review to help showcase just how amazing that I think this lighter looks.
I took my photos of this Zippo at about 7pm, so the lighting was not the best, but, I still believe that the photos really show off the brilliant color of this lighter.
Another review mentioned the lid being flimsy. It's been my experience that with tons of use (or idly flipping it open while you write a review) the lids will get a tiny bit more play in them, especially if you do tricks. I'm using this as my everyday carry. So i expect the lid to loosen up with prolonged use.
Side note. You know how when you buy a car and all of a sudden you see tons of that car on the road. Well once you're carrying a lighter you'll be amazed at how many beautiful women need a light...like all the time. Don't be the loser that pats his pockets for no reason and says "sorry I don't smoke" be like Donald freaking Draper and give her a light with something way classier than a 99 cent gas station Bic. Then say something that's charming, but way too bold for the situation. She'll feign being offended, but then smile coyly and respond with ambiguous innuendo. Before she even asks you to call her. Hand her your business card. The one on the thick card stock that you only printed 50 of to hand to important people. She'll be impressed. She'll call.*

I wanted another Zippo lighter in addition to the one I currently have—something with a little more character. I thought these colored lighters were gorgeous. I chose Cerulean Blue, partially because of the name, and partially because it looks like snake skin [see photos]. I wished they made a red version with this pattern, but blue will do.
— LIGHTER FLUID —
It's recommended you use official Zippo Lighter Fluid to fuel these lighters. Adding the fluid is easy:
• First, flip the lighter open
• Second, pull out the lighter portion from its shell
• Third, turn it upside down and lift up the cotton-looking piece (use a pen or knife)
• Fourth, pour the lighter fluid in slowly until it's just above the cotton piece (not over!)
• Fifth, put the lighter portion back in, and wash and dry your hands
• Give it a minute to soak up, and you can starting lighting.
It works well. It has Zippo's signature sound when you flip open the lighter. Miranda Priestley would approve. Recommended.
It seems well made and just filled it with Zippo Premium fuel and lights without a hitch. It looks exactly as the photo shows. No complaints and I feel happy I purchased a great American made product. I recently found an old Zippo in my Dad's workshop. He passed away almost 5 years ago and was 89 years old. His lighter could easily be from WW2 area. Happy find and makes me appreciate this lighter I got my wife even more. Perhaps women don't carry Zippo lighters anymore but this one is a beauty if you like the color green. The reason I never gave 5 stars is because we need to actually use it more plus ever since Amazon has to charge sales tax with my state I obviously end up paying more than I used to. Sorry, I am not someone that doesn't believe in taxes but if I had more choices on where those state tax dollars were spent perhaps I might not care as much. Lol
