TL;DR
If you are looking for a way to reduce snoring noise, this is the best one.

Quality: This nasal tubes compared to last version one I own, is made of slightly softer silicon material.
Performance: Snore app record screenshot explains everything, the first half of my sleep has tubes on, and the second half i took it off for experiment, and it shows a significant difference in my snoring noise levels.
Usability: Can't be better, no instruction needed.

Pros: Most effective nasal product I have ever used, worth every dollar I spend on it.
Cons: Some ppl may not be used to wear this through whole sleep.

I gave it a few weeks with these, and I can say they work out well. I had a set of the previous version, and the first thing I noticed is that they are a lot more comfortable. I have to use the large sized version for my nostrils (the small ones fall right out), and I couldn't use the ridged ones in the previous version. They cut my nose over a few days of use, and I just used the smooth one. With this new version, I tried the ridged one to start with and noticed that I only had some mild discomfort instead of the pain like before. The smooth ones, I don't even notice they are in they are that comfortable.

As far as helping with snoring, my wife says it has made a huge difference. I feel that I sleep a little better with them in, and the deep log snoring that happens is transformed into a mild snore that is easily ignored. Nothing is perfect and these do wear out after a time, and as the material wears out some of the snore comes back. Probably best to get another set when this happens, but if you can use the smooth and the ridged version they last quite a while. I think I managed to stretch mine out for at least three months before I felt I probably should think about getting another set. I switched to this version after using a brand that CVS stopped carrying (it had lavender scent beads), and I am very happy with the switch. If you need help with snoring, I suggest giving these a try.

good for masks!

I have the previous version of these. I was offered an upgraded/replacement and was asked to do a review.

Customer service has been great and courteous. The new version is so similar to the previous one, I am not entirely sure what's different, though.

I have been using it for several nights and it seems somewhat improved in terms of not tipping back, but then other nights it tips. When it tips, my breathing is back to what it's like when they are removed. I will continue to use them since they are fantastic when they align properly.

Speaking of how great they are when properly in place, I decided to use them while wearing a mask.

Wow! What an improvement! If you wish your breathing were easier when wearing a mask, I highly recommend using these. Since the mask is on, no one can see the strip that joins them. Actually, I was at an eye doctor appointment and removed my mask a few times. If anyone noticed that small colorless strip, they didn't say anything (since comments were made about other topics, it wouldn't have been out of place for them to mention the strip and ask about it).

The mask makes wearing the vents completely discrete and the vents make wearing the mask much more comfortable. I just need to remember to take them with me…

Good Alternative to Nasal Strips

I've used these for almost a year in the hopes of attaining better and deeper sleep. I'll continue to do so, as I believe they allow me to breathe normally throughout the night.

Out of the package, you have several options to select from in order to fit your comfort: size (diameter) and whether you prefer textured or no textured.

The quality of the material has not changed over the course of the year, nor has the stability of the tubes. If you are contemplating nose tubes in order to open your nasal passages at night, this is a safe bet.

Pros: Quality of material, choice of sizes and texture, durability, overall comfort, ease of cleaning. Additionally, no sticky residue from strips, no skin issues, and no problems if you also breathe with your mouth at night.
Cons: Depending on your nose, they can occasionally shift at night and sometimes fall out - in my experience very rarely and I don't fault the product for this.

Best Product I've Found to Cut Down on Snoring

I've been looking for something to help me with my snoring for a long time. I've literally tried everything, but nothing worked. I decided to try these and was amazed how well they work. Not 100%, but my spouse said it has significantly cut down on the snoring. They are super easy to pop in. Not too uncomfortable when you get used to them, and after you go to sleep, you forget they're in there. A small price to pay to stop snoring. The big size is the best. They really open up your nasal passages and according to my spouse, work the best. The only thing I wish is that they offered these in sizes, so you could get all large ones rather than a different sizes. Overall, this is the best product I've found to date to curtail snoring.

Helps with sinus issues

I've used a prior version of this product and thought it was wonderful. It didn't completely stop me from snoring but it did lessen the episodes according to my wife. The biggest benefit for me was the ability of this product to keep my air passage open which helps to keep my sinuses dry. I've experienced zero sinus infections since using the product and my airways are almost always open now.
The new version of this product is better in two ways. The larger inner circumference allows even more air to pass through, making it easier to breath with it in place. The wallsv also feel less rigid making it even more comfortable to sleep with. I would highly recommend the product to anyone with breathing issues while sleeping.

Takes a bit of getting used to, having things stuck up your nose but they work and are much cheaper than spending £11.00 a month on Breath Right strips, although if you would prefer the strips stick with Breath Right all other makes are rubbish.

I liked the idea of these... Short of paying for septoplasty - forcing the nostrils open to allow full and healthy nasal breathing was very appealing. However, these soft tubes just don't stay in place! Perhaps its just my nose... But within a few minutes of inserting them, they just slide out :(
Will stick to nasal strips for now, as at least these hold.

The large ones at least stay in, but offer zero outward pressure on my nostrils. Nine quid wasted as I don't think it's right returning something that's been exposed to mucus.
