I purchased a Zojirushi NS-ZCC10 Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker, 5.5-Cup a couple of years ago, and I loved it. The Fuzzy Logic rice cooker employs technology that is at least 30 years old based on my research. Rice connoisseurs told me that the Induction models are best and most up to date technology, so I took the plunge and bought this model. I have used it perhaps 3-4 times now and am ready to give my impressions.
This model has a dedicated Jasmine rice setting, and I have cooked a good quality Jasmine rice (Three Ladies) in it twice now, and it makes fantastic Jasmine rice. Mind you, if you use a low quality Jasmine rice, do not expect to get the same results. Good quality rice + a high quality rice cooker is what produces excellent rice.
I have also prepared my favourite high quality Japanese sushi rice in it. Oddly enough, I did not think the sushi rice turned out as well in this machine as it did in the Fuzzy Logic machine, but as I said, I have only prepared it once, and I may have made an error in measuring the water or something, so I want to prepare another batch of sushi rice in this machine before I come to any conclusions.
I have not used any of the other settings so far, so I cannot comment on them at this time, but I hope to try the other settings relatively soon, and I hope they will be what makes this model worth the hefty price tag.
The bowl and the removable inner lid on this machine is of a higher quality than those on the Fuzzy Logic model, and I like that a lot. The outside of this unit, however, seems to be nothing more than stainless steal coloured PLASTIC, which I do not like. In fact, this machine has a lot of plastic on it, and I dislike this fact very much. For this price, they could use real stainless steel and a heck of a lot less plastic.
Two other negatives to this machine are that it has no reheat function, and its cord is neither removable nor retractable for storage. I would prefer a removable cord that could be placed in a drawer whilst not in use. Personally, I do not like retractable cords. The retractable cord on my Fuzzy Logic model stopped working smoothly after a month or so. In my opinion, removable cords are best.
The upshot is that so far I am pleased with the much higher quality bowl and higher quality removable lid, but I am disappointed in the amount of plastic used in this model given its price point. I like that this rice cooker has a dedicated Jasmine rice setting, and I look forward to trying the gaba rice setting. I have never had gaba brown rice before, so that will be something of a gastronomic adventure for me. I hope I love the gaba brown rice because I paid a lot more for this rice cooker because it is included.
However, my advice to other buyers is if neither a dedicated Jasmine rice setting nor a gaba brown rice setting is important to you, and you really like having a reheat function, then opt for the Fuzzy Logic model.
You can get excellent quality rice from the Fuzzy Logic model for a considerably lower cost, and the Fuzzy Logic model comes with a retractable cord, too. It is also a little smaller unit than this induction model and thus takes up less countertop and cupboard space. I highly recommend the Fuzzy Logic model with these qualifications.
At the moment, I guess I likely will keep this rice cooker unless I try the gaba brown rice setting and find I do not like gaba brown rice well enough to eat it regularly, or unless my sushi rice continues to come out just so-so because I eat more sushi rice than any other type, and the Fuzzy Logic model makes great sushi rice, porridge, etc.
My recommendations for improving this model are to make it with a detachable cord and a reheat function. If it had those two features, I would LOVE this rice cooker. Not having these two features really dampens my enthusiasm for this Induction model at this price point.

What is Induction Heating (IH)?
The heating method known as Induction Heating (IH) occurs when a magnetic material is placed in a magnetic field. In our case, coils within the bottom of the rice cooker create the magnetic field. When the inner cooking pan is placed into the rice cooker and the unit is activated, a magnetic field is generated to create instant heat within the inner cooking pan. Through this technology the inner cooking pan itself becomes the heat source utilizing both high heat and fine heating adjustments to control the cooking process.
What is Germinated Brown Rice?
Germinated brown rice is a type of brown rice that is ready to be germinated by a special process. The process gives a softer texture and improved taste. It also contains increased values of GABA. It is a type of rice that must be purchased, and can be cooked using the Softer menu. Germinated brown rice is sometimes called sprouted brown rice.
What is Clear Coating?
The rice cooker’s stainless steel exterior is coated with a clear coating to minimize the exterior from becoming dirty.
What is the Jasmine Setting?
This is a special menu setting for cooking Jasmine white rice. The cooking flow is different than the White rice setting because Jasmine rice cooks differently than short or medium grain white rice.
What is Automatic Keep Warm and Extended Keep Warm?
The rice cooker automatically switches to Keep Warm once it completes cooking. Changing to Extended Keep Warm is recommended when keeping rice warm for longer than 8 hours. The rice cooker keeps warm the rice at a slightly lower temperature when Extended Keep Warm is selected to minimize drying and yellowing of rice.
What is Melody Signal?
A melody sounds to alert when cooking begins, timer is set, or cooking has completed. The default setting is 'Melody' but may be changed to beeps or silent mode.
GABA Brown Setting (Brown Rice Activation)
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a type of amino acid said to lower blood pressure, improve kidney function, and relieve stress. The rice cooker activates brown rice by keeping the temperature inside the pan at about 104°F for 2 hours, increasing the nutrient 1.5 times.

1) O produto foi entregue dia 11 mas sua previsão era dia 17 e 18. Ponto positivo para a empresa Sell.Store e os Correios. Esta última empresa me notificou no celular e aí pude receber sem atraso.
2) O produto veio bem embalado. A embalagem original, aquela que fica na gôndola das lojas. foi embalada em uma caixa de papel. Mantenho todas as embalagens pois posso utilizar se sentir necessidade de devolução em até sete dias, conforme Código do consumidor, ou até dia 23 deste mês (creio eu), conforme a garantia de A a Z da Amazon.
3) Um ponto negativo é a ausência de uma Nota Fiscal Eletrônica. Assim sinto-me desprotegido pois não conto com o mínimo de garantia de três meses conforme o Código do Consumidor. Talvez esse documento seja enviado depois, espero.
4) O manual de instruções vieram em cinco línguas: inglês, francês, japonês, chinês e tailandês. Não há o PT-BR e nem o castelhano.
5) O produto conta com um relógio e uma bateria que a mantém funcionando. Para alterar a hora, é necessário plugar a panela. Aí temos um problema pois o plugue não é popular no Brasil. Necessário utilizar um adaptador (tipo Benjamin). Como a voltagem é de 120V em vários Estados será necessário comprar um transformador ou mudar os disjuntores em alguma tomada. É muito importante mudar o clock (relógio) pois é com base nele que o timer funciona.
6) Para alterar o clock basta tocar com dois dedos os botões seta para cima e para baixo ao mesmo tempo. Depois as mesmas setas alteram o horário. E agora não será mais necessário manter plugado a panela.
7) Informando que a ela é dedicada a fazer só diversos tipos de de arroz (gohan, sushi, integral [brown rice], jasmine... (cada um com uma programação própria). Não é uma panela elétrica comum, não é possível alterar a programação. Só compre se você é um apaixonado por arroz. Talvez você queira comprar uma panela mais comum, com um único botão.
8) Não encontrei tutorial em português no Youtube. É leitura em inglês com um dicionário no celular.
