"This feature means than the vehicles can actually plan the part of an actual mobile, secure base of operations."
Errors and poor English pepper this book more often than the occasional useful tidbits (of which there are quite a bit). Assuming the above sentence doesn't drive you crazy, the book definitely brings up a lot of scenarios that the amateur planner may not have thought of, although the proposed actions and responses are (in my opinion) a bit short-sighted, unrealistic, and hopelessly optimistic in some, and outright dangerous and dumb in others.
By far, the most useful piece of this book is the table of contents, but is it worth the $2.99? Not sure. If a reader starts with the table of contents, and does the research to answer the proposed scenarios, you'll wind up with a hell of a plan, assuming you do the research, and it'll be worth the money.
MINUSES; On the downside of this book there are a lot of grammar mistakes but you can still figure it out. Oh and one other thing sometime in the middle he makes fun of americans being stupid i mean whats up with that. But other than that it is a must buy, now it is yours to enjoy
I have not been able to read every page yet, but going thru the sections and reading bits here and there has shown me the amount of time putting this material together had to be massive.
The science research alone is enough to get non-believers having bad dreams at night. All concieveable methods for zombie creation are looked at, including the religious. And thats just the first few pages.
If you have no military experience, shame on you, don't worry. These guys go into how to set up secure locations, vehicle modifications for secure travel, weapon types and usage. Different types of gear are covered and their usage. They cover packing gear to have ready for that day you need to just get out of Dodge also. They discuss the types of people: soldiers, spotters, look outs and such that you would need for all kinds of missions that you may have to undertake. And they cover how to go about these types of missions.
They cover the concepts of creating a zombie militia, training these people, organising them, and becomeing a true force to destroy the zombie threat. This is a must have for fans of this genere. And for the serious ones out there like me, get this book. All the hard work is done as far as research goes.
This is one of the best Zombie related books in my collection right now. I would think it hard for anyone to improve on this work. I cannot cover everything in this book in this short space. If I could only have one zombie book to help me get ready for that horrible day, I would choose this one. The second book rocks also, but as a stand alone, noone can touch this masterpiece.
