Peppermint essential oil is one the best-selling therapeutic grade essential oils offered by Zongle Therapeutics. Peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and has a high menthol content. Pure Peppermint essential oil is frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral hygiene. Uses

Create a refreshing and healthy mouth rinse by adding a drop of Peppermint oil and Lemon oil in water.
Alleviate occasional stomach upset by taking one to two drops of Peppermint essential oil internally.
Refresh your favorite smoothie by adding two to three drops of Peppermint essential oil.
For a mid-day pick-me-up, place one drop each of Peppermint oil, Wild Orange oil and Frankincense oil in the palm of your hand and inhale deeply.

Directions

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Surprisingly, this Lemon scent actually smells of fresh chopped lemons. Wonderful! Initially, I thought it would have a nostril pinching & gagly aroma about it, but no it does not. It carries very well & seems to me to linger in purified air quite nicely. It's kinda expensive but lasts quite awhile, so maybe that's a fine balance. I have no complaints. A good quality oil & I am pleased with this purchase.
