Received the box in what appeared to be perfect shipping condition.
Upon unboxing, I found that the back side of this board has a fair number of components that contaminate the CPU cooling backplate/mount area.
My arbitrary choice of a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus turned out to be a bad one, as the mounting plate is incompatible.

Be VERY careful about your choice of cooling solutions.
Even the stock cooler rubs right up against any boards with larger back-side components placed in the x16 PCIe slot.

Instead, I went ahead and used the stock Intel CPU cooler that came with my retail Intel i5-2400S
and tested on an open bench with a known good power supply and 1600MHz 1.5V Corsair Vengeance-LP Ram.

The power light lit and the CPU fan would spin up, one of the on-board red lights (I think associated with the SATA controller)
would light up and then the system would power down. After a few seconds it would power back up and repeat. No video output was
ever displayed, nor did the on-board diagnostic panels ever display a POST error code.

Given some of the other reviews on the net mentioning required BIOS stability updates and RAM/CPU auto-detected voltage problems,
my choice of a somewhat rare 65 watt 'S'-model i5 CPU and the cooling back-plate issues, I am returning this board and going with
a different product, rather than trying to swap it for another attempt.

I would recommend Amazon ship all of these it has in stock back to Zotac to get the BIOS updated to the latest before selling them again.
