Haven’t had to use in an emergency situation, but I have tested it multiple times on different glass thickness. I feel good having it in my car to bust the window if need be. Also, tip from my boyfriend who’s a firefighter: target the corners of the window- like close to your side view mirror. That’s a weaker point and will break easier

It works well for me: charges fine and passed muster when I tested the blade and glass punch on seatbelt/window equivalents.

Might (might) be a problem if your cig-lighter setup is at an odd angle or lacks clearance, since the USB component is a bit bulky.

I'm just happy to have a belt cutter + punch in one solid place instead of stuck somewhere with a flimsy velcro or plastic holder or floating around the interior.

Some of these devices depend on your strength to hit the glass.
To be useful, in an emergency, it must be easily accessible.
You may not have room or the strength, to swing your arm, to strike the glass hard enough!
This device fits into your "cigarette" lighter/ aux socket, and can be easily reached from either side.
It just needs to be pushed against the glass. The spring loaded hammer does the rest.
There's also a razor built in to cut away your seat belt.
It also has 2 USB ports built into the handle.
Great design, I think!

All I can say are good things about this product. It's super usable in cases of emergencies but is also really high quality in the aspect of the feel and its charging capabilities. Its comfortable in the hand when plugging it and it fits comfortably in my mini cooper which actually is pretty small but fits perfectly and doesnt take too much space.

A life saving product (If you know what I mean, like when you run low on juice and gotta charge, but forgot your portable charger or don't have one at all)! Besides what was mentioned about low battery, it can also cut a seatbelt (Which I tested on thick fabrics and pretty much works) and break glass (Which I haven't tested on). This product will be an amazing addition for your car or possibly even an EDC in your backpack, purse, wtv y'all got. At the end, it's worth getting this!

If you don't have a window breaker/belt cutter tool (or even if you do) then you definitely need this. Since it plugs into the cigarette lighter which is usually in the middle of the dashboard, it is easily accessible to drivers and passengers and is always in sight. It has two high speed USB outlets which makes it double useful. Also lights up a deep pretty blue.
