Good quality butter cloth, not a cheese cloth!
I will still use it, but not to make cheese!
The weave is too tight, making it very hard to get the water squeezed out!
If you find the cheese cloth weave too opened, double it up, it works great! Picture shows the difference in between the two cloths...
