Product Description

2021 the new Zupapa Trampoline employs upgraded techniques and technology to make products have a longer life. Hot-dip galvanizing process makes the Zupapa trampoline frame and net pole last for decades. UV absorber uv-9 was added to material, pad, mat and net, to extend the trial life.

What's Hot-dip galvanization?

Hot-dip galvanization is a form of galvanization which makes the rust resistant time 5 times longer than common galvanization. It is the process of coating iron and steel with zinc, which alloys with the surface of the base metal when immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 840 °F (449 °C). When exposed to the air, the pure zinc (Zn) reacts with oxygen (O2) to form zinc oxide (ZnO), which further reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) to form zinc carbonate (ZnCO3), a usually dull grey, fairly strong material that protects the steel underneath from further corrosion in many circumstances.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best trampoline ever
By Robert on October 7, 2016
I built this by myself in 3 hours. It's very well designed. It was delivered very quickly (4 days) in 3 boxes. The two most difficult parts are the springs on opposite sides and getting the foam to stay on the poles when inserting them into the net sleeves. Only about 10 of over 50 springs were a little more difficult. The poles are just a pain because the foam isn't attached to them so it slides down as you insert them into the sleeves.
It's packaged very well and organized with assembly in mind. The tool for the springs, included, is the only tool you'll need. Everything is included from a cover, for the springs and the trampoline, to a ladder, and even a pair of cotton knit gloves(pic) which keeps the grease/oil (whatever is coating the metal pipes) from coating your hands. A few of the triangles(not rings) did bend out of shape when attaching the springs with the most tension, but I was able to bend them back(see pic).I put in every 6th spring and worked my way around adding additional springs as I went. I looked at many trampolines and picked this one because of the size and weight capacity (over 300lbs), and the amount of extras for the price. Great all around and I highly recommend it.
