I upgraded from an el' cheapo knife to this model. I am very pleased so far. I enjoy food prep more now that I can cut the food. I have the twin sig 8 inch chef. That's a little long to be cutting up bell peppers and carrots with. This one does the trick. I am glad that there is a knife at this level. I don't trust myself to treat a 100.00 knife the way it should be treated. These are great knifes to learn to sharpen on and treat correctly before you move up to the high dollar ones.

Really a great knife. Not sure I ever used one this sharp before. Nice balance too.Published 15 months ago by my_crib_too
Pretty sweet knife, and actually does a pretty good job of standing in for a carving knife in a pinch. Not a paring knife, not a chef's knife, but a good middle size. Read morePublished 18 months ago by Darryl S.

A nice utility knife. Again I say I wish the cutting edge would stay sharp longer than it does. Have to keep sharpening the knife.Published on February 6, 2014 by Norm Tee
