FAQ

How can buyers access Amazon Business using SSO?
Your organization's buyers can use SSO to access Amazon Business through a direct SP-initiated URL or through eProcurement system (punchout).
How can I get started?
If you're an Amazon Business account admin, you can get started with the single sign-on set up. There you'll be guided through the process and can access additional help if needed.
What should I have ready to get started?
Setting up SSO with Amazon Business requires configuration on your identity provider (with provided Amazon metadata) and configuration on Amazon Business (with your metadata).
Which identity providers are supported?
Amazon Business uses the industry standard Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, which means our implementation of SSO integrates easily with any large identity provider that supports SAML. We support service provider initiated SAML with identity providers such as Okta, OneLogin, AWS SSO, TrustLogin, and Azure AD.
