I will say that the only con I have with the shoe is the Velcro strap getting in the way of the shoe laces. Sometimes the laces will get stuck and you'll have to yank em out in order to tie them and over time this may ruin the laces which might not be an issue for some but for me aesthetically it would be a pain seeing the fabric of the laces fall apart
These shoes are for the real lifters. If you just go to the gym to say you go then wear your flimsy running shoes. They have they’re place but for me not in the gym. How can you be serious about squatting, deadlifting, pressing, with that flimsy soled shoe. The only other option is chuck Taylor’s but for me the quality went away. I’d tear them up in a month. My power lifts though I’ve had for 2 years. Wear them 5 days a week in the gym. They improve every lift you can do an why? Because they don’t give . Soles are hard and stable. You feel planted to the floor. You will lift harder, stronger, and feel more confident in the major lifts for strength.
