Great for lifting weights!

This is an excellent shoe for lifting. I don't know how I just used Converse before! These Adidas make you feel very stable and sturdy, and are still comfortable enough to wear around the gym when you aren't doing squats or deadlifts (though they aren't comfortable for walking haha). I initially purchased the men's 4 in black; however, I did return that pair because they were a bit too tight. I am a women's 6 or 6.5, and since those were in men's sizes, I thought they might be roomy so I decided to go with the 4. I should have gone with the 4.5 like I initially thought (normally when a company only offers whole sizes, I wear a 6, and when they offer half sizes I go with a 6.5). When I exchanged them, I bought these and got a 6.5 and then I wondered if maybe they were too big haha. I would think the sizing would be the same though, so I kept these and I still love them. I might try the 4.5s next time I need a new pair though just to see.

I removed one star because the shoes arrived dirty. Other than that, this is a really good shoe. I like lifting in them much more than my chucks. The added elevation really does help stabilize and help you get deeper in your squats. Would but again and hopefully I would receive a clean pair.

The shoe is hard and doesn't flex well at all. Very flat too, perfect for lifting but it is hard shoe. I'm an 8 in running shoes and a 7 in this shoe.

Very happy with the shoes, great for weightlifting. The only thing I didn't like were the shoelaces, they were a little short and being the flat material wasn't able to lace them tight enough. I had to buy more shoelaces separately.
