I don't really , but, back when I was doing electronics the pure sine wave was always preferable if you wanted your solid state circuitry to last. Tubes never minded so much. So if you are looking for advice, go pure sine wave.

I do not own this model but from what I have seen as far as connectors it will connect (ONE) RTX 2080 since you need an 8 pin and 6 pin. You will have to use both VGA2 and VGA3 plugs to power your device. But also it will come down to your power draw from other components.
