So Confused... I sit there watching something and the room randomly gets much brighter or dimmer. is something wrong with the glasses?

When the infrared sensors do not receive a signal from the TV the glasses shut down, and the room is brighter. When they are receiving the signal the room is dimmer. Solution: sit a bit closer to the emitter on the TV.

if there are other devices using an ir emitter (almost anything with a remote) they can cause interference. try turning off or unplugging other devices. the range on the playstation glasses is pretty far.
