Can I use this tablet in Europe?

It can be used anywhere in the world as long as the SIM card you intend to put on is a standard (regular) one that most mobile providers in the world use. AC adapter is universal 100-240 V, 50/60Htz. SO basically it should work anywhere as it comes Unlocked. I have used it in USA and Uganda already... Hope this helps you!

I am not sure what frequencies are used in Europe. Iam in Canada. But I know it can't work on 1700 band. Complete tech specs can be found at http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_tab_2_7_0_p3100-4543.php. You need a regular size SIM. Sorry can't be of much help.
