What's the best brightness/contrast setting for this monitor?

Splendid I have standard mode selected. Color brightness and contrast at 70. with smart view off. System setup, splended and eco mode both off. For color temp I have user mode and 100 for all 3. I use 50 for the contrast and 40 for the brightness
