Adam's apple is always a difficult area. Do your neck first and apply light pressure.

I just lift my head up to tighten the muscles and do what I can.

I don't have that much hair around there... but I just go in all directions around the chin.

Just do it. It's a very gentle shaver. Haven't shaved my adam's apple, but have shaved all around my nostrils.

The razor doesn't work very well around the neck. No matter how many passes, it always misses hairs especially around Adam's apple. For a perfect shave you'll have to use a conventional disposable razor to finish up these areas.

Don't shave immediately after washing your face neck or face, apply some Lectric Shave or any good pre-electric lotion and then wait 30 secs to 1 minute and then firmly but without applying too much pressure, go over your neck and Adam's apple. They key is some pre-shave lotion and just enough force without damaging the skin.
