If you are asking whether you can dissolve epsom salt in water and then safely heat it in a microwave, the answer is yes, provided you use a microwave-safe bowl. I would not heat it dry.

Not sure how you would want to use it in a microwave? If you add any liquid to it, it will change it. If you want to use it for a homemade heat pack, it would be best to dip your cloth in dissolved solution, then microwave it.
