On this day, 8/2/17, I asked the following questions on the chat at Bulk Supplements and got the response from Sarah below it.
The question has been asked on Amazon whether this product was produced by freeze drying and what is the sulforaphane content. The label does not indicate that it contains any sulforaphane. So what is the answer to these questions?

The Broccoli Extract Powder is spray dried. The amount of Sulforaphane is not tested for in the product. The amount of Sulforaphane in the product is not known.

There is little to no sulforaphane in this product, because of the way it was dried and because it is not from Broccoli sprouts, but full grown Broccoli.

You don't even need horseradish. Regardless of preparation, all you have to do is add regular brown or yellow mustard to get a good dose of the myrosinase enzyme which will unlock the sulforaphane. I routinely mix this in vegetables or take with water and just eat a tsp of mustard with it.....problem solved.

My advice is that you ask one of the seller's your question. I looked on my package and it does not say.
