Yea, you can use these to germinate any seed that fits inside. Just keep it moist and store in a warm, dark place until they sprout. The largest seed I've used is green beans, and it worked great for me. I've also had success with plain sponges, just cut them to size, cut a slit in the center, add seed + water + dar…

Dear Samuel, I believe those plugs are appropriate for rose as well as for any kind of small seed. It provides the media the seeds need to sprout and create the first root systems. I hope it can help you.

I would merge the two steps into one. Prepare your plugs with plain water or nutrient water and put one seed per plug. You'll nedd to keep then moisty and warm and I would sugest the Hydrofarm CK64050 Germination Station with Heat Mat to spped up the process. The bright side on this method is that the sprout will begin its roots in the same media he will develop into a plant, you'll dont need to manipulate then after the seed pops, witch is the most delicate part of germinating.

Rose seeds to be put in wet papaer towel for about 2 months before i use the rapid rooter or I can skip the paper towel method and directly plant in the Rapid Rooter?
Germinate the seeds first. Then insert into the plugs. Germinate seeds by just keeping seeds moist and warm in a paper towel or 2.

The positive ratings with so much rambling, It all looks like a bunch of cooked up reviews. I never received product, and after many attempts, never received refund as well.
