The keyboard does work with the Mac. The first review also explains that the single caveat is that there is no ability to disable tap-to-click, which personally seems like a small issue: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Keyboard-Multi-Touch-920-003070/dp/B005DKZTMG

Hold down the blue FN button and click the left "mouse" button to disable tap-to-click. No driver required!!

According to Logitech it isn't Mac compatible. Windows® XP, Windows Vista® or Windows® 7

I don't know. I used it with a Dell. But its really great. I would assume that it would work with a mac. Good luck.
