Yes, you can each make your wills with this software. If your answers are the same, the software will import all the necessary data from one will and automatically create a second identical will for the other spouse. You can make them different as well.

Yes, you can both make your own, separate wills. You're not supposed to give it to anyone outside your immediate family, but it has the ability to create and keep track of multiple documents.

You and your spouse can easily create two separate wills, and if you want all the provisions (such as beneficiaries and children's guardians) to be the same look for the button provided on the Congratulations screen at the end of the will interview. A joint will is a very bad idea so you should each make one.
